Summer is finally here, and we're all feeling it! (Here's Evie enjoying it!)9 months pregnant and taking care of a 15-month-old ... it's a bit tough, especially since we just moved from our Waldo "starter" home into our new Overland Park (KANSAS!) "family" home. The extra space, beautiful yard and quiet neighborhood are wonderful, but, moving with everything else going on ... let's just say it's been quite the week.
But today we learned some good news - the new baby will be here by July 2 at the latest. We're scheduled to be induced that morning at 6 a.m., unless she comes on her own before then ... I'm hoping she makes her grand entrance any day now as bending over to pick Evie up or even laying her down in her crib is becoming not just difficult but downright impossible! Fortunately, she finally started WALKING about 2-3 weeks ago ... I know, bad Mommy for not posting something sooner. I'll try and get a photo of her "drunk walk" soon. Arms straight up in the air with a huge grin on her face, it's hilarious!
